Uniform profiles stay on your device

The name and uniform selections you enter are saved locally on your device. You do not need an Inspection Ready account. This website does not receive your saved uniform profiles.

If you export a backup, the file includes your saved profile information. You choose where to save or share it. Keep a separate backup before removing the app or changing devices. Device backups may also be handled by Apple according to your device settings.

Artwork and network connections

The app downloads artwork when needed. Downloaded artwork is stored for offline use. Requests to hosting services necessarily disclose technical connection information, such as an IP address and the requested resource. Do not treat offline availability as a promise that the app never connects to the internet.

Apple purchases

Optional Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple. Apple handles billing and payment information under its own privacy policy. The app uses purchase status to determine Premium access; Jim Does It does not receive your full payment card details.

Support messages

When you email support, we receive your email address and the content and attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond and investigate the issue. Do not send sensitive service records or personal information that is unnecessary for support.

This website and optional analytics

This site works without analytics. Google Analytics 4 remains unloaded until you choose “Accept analytics.” If you accept, Google receives basic website visit and device/browser information and may store analytics cookies. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google signals.

Measurement is limited to this public site’s landing, support, and privacy pages. We do not send uniform profiles, support message contents, names, emails, or query-bearing page URLs to analytics. Visits with a query string or URL fragment are excluded. Your consent preference is saved in this browser’s local storage.

You can reject optional analytics or change your choice at any time using . Withdrawing consent stops future collection from this site and removes the site’s analytics cookies. It does not erase events already received by Google. Browser privacy settings may also block analytics.

Google’s privacy policy explains Google’s processing. The hosting provider may retain ordinary access and security logs, including IP addresses and requested resources, to operate and protect this website.

Your choices

You can edit or remove saved profiles in the app and control exported backups and device backups yourself. Contact us if you want help with personal information you sent directly to support. Optional website analytics can always be declined without affecting the app or this site.
